Properties
Description
PCL(3k)-PEG(2k)-PCL(3k) is an amphiphilic triblock copolymer containing a polycaprolactone (PCL) hydrophobic block and two PEG hydrophilic blocks. The polycaprolactone (PCL) is biodegradable via hydrolysis on the ester bonds. The reactive hydroxyl group is used for further modification.
