PEI-g(25k)-PEG(1k), 10% PEG ratio consists of a branched PEI backbone with a molecular weight of 25 kDa and a PEG chain segment with a molecular weight of 1 kDa, with PEG making up 10% of the total polymer. This low PEG percentage may be designed to focus more on the cationic properties of PEI.
