Properties
Description
PLLA(1k)-PEG(1k)-SPDP is a PEG linker composed of a poly-L-lysine (PLLA) backbone with a molecular weight of 1 kDa, connected to a polyethylene glycol (PEG) chain of the same molecular weight (1 kDa). The terminal group is SPDP (sulfosuccinimidyl 6-(maleimido)-hexanoate), which is a reactive group that can form covalent bonds with amine groups.
