Properties
Description
N-(Tos-PEG4)-N-bis(PEG4-t-butyl ester) is a reagent grade branched PEG linker with a Tos-PEG4 branch and two PEG4-t-butyl ester groups attached to a central nitrogen. The PEG spacer increases water solubility. Under acidic conditions, the t-butyl-protected carboxyl group is deprotected. The tosyl group is used for nucleophilic substitution reactions.
