Description

Tos-PEG3-CH₂CO₂tBu is a reagent grade PEG linker with a tosyl group and a t-butyl ester. The PEG spacer increases water solubility. Under acidic conditions, the t-butyl-protected carboxyl group is deprotected. The tosyl group is used for nucleophilic substitution reactions.
