Description

Tos-PEG5-CH₂CO₂tBu is a reagent grade PEG linker with a tosyl group and a t-butyl ester. The PEG spacer increases water solubility. The tosyl group is used for nucleophilic substitution reactions. Under acidic conditions, the t-butyl-protected carboxyl group is deprotected.
